PEO C3T SPO plans, implements and manages temporary, special and/or extraordinary communications, networks and applications support for DoD and non-DoD organizations, FMS programs for international customer C4ISR modernization and develops and executes an integrated strategy for technology management and capability evolution of C3T programs.
