Mission

The Command and Control On The Move (C2OTM) program provides integrated mission command, applications, transport, and user interfaces and displays for commanders in response to Department of the Army or Theater generated requirements. Systems are provided as part of a unit set package including training, supply and maintenance support.

Description

C2OTM is a Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) mission equipment package designed as a system and integrated into Stryker, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) and High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle trainer platforms. C2OTM enables the commander to be present at the decisive point on the battlefield. By providing the relevant Common Operational Picture (COP), it allows the commander to maintain situational awareness and understanding while on the move, which results in situational dominance from any point on the battlefield. C2OTM enables the commander to make timely and informed decisions from the decisive point and/or on the move and preserves their ability to lead by example without a degradation in capability. It is designed to support the mobile C4 requirements for brigade, division and corps commanders and select battle staff personnel.
